Qualifications:
- The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience handling bodily injury, and uninsured motorist claims in Florida that is aggressive, detailed, dedicated, and hard-working.
- Candidate must have tried at least 10 personal injury jury trials.
- The candidate must have extensive litigation experience on plaintiff side with cases during the pre-suit and litigation stages in Florida Circuit courts.
- Experience in depositions, argue hearings, present at mediations, and participate at trials and arbitrations early on in their practice.
- Juris Doctorate and Florida Bar Admission in good standing.
- There will be a monthly base pay for three months then will change to a draw reduced from taken from commissions dependent on fees candidate generates for the firm.
- A base salary between $8,000-$10,000 will commence for approximately 4 months then the draw pay will start with a great opportunity to make at least $120,000-$250,000/yr depending on the candidate's performance, work ethic and commission. The candidate has the potential to make more.
- $100,000.00 life insurance policy paid by the Firm .
- 1-week vacation after six months of employment, 2 weeks-vacation after one year of employment, and three 3 weeks of vacation after two years of employment with the law firm.
- 6 federal holidays off per year.
- 6 personal/sick days per year.
- Health insurance (up to 4 different options to choose from). The firm pay in full the basic packet.
- Dental, Vision paid in full by the firm.
- Discounted JCC membership.
- Benefits are available on the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
